Adam Hadley CBE founded QuantSpark in 2015. He is driven by a conviction that the real prize of AI is its diffusion across the whole economy: not a handful of frontier labs, but the companies and governments that run the country learning to work in fundamentally better ways. The value of AI lives in working systems, not slide decks, and the right place to start is first principles of what an organisation is trying to achieve, not the technology itself.
That systems-thinking view shapes how QuantSpark works to this day. We treat a business as an information system, understand how it actually operates, and build the tools teams use every day.
