Gemini pricing for UK businesses
Google includes Gemini in its Workspace plans rather than selling it as a separate seat. The plan decides how much Gemini you get: the entry plan limits it to Gmail and the Gemini app, and the plans above it put Gemini across Docs, Sheets, Meet and the rest of Workspace. Developers pay per token through the Gemini API.
The UK pricing page showed US dollar prices when we checked; a UK checkout may bill in sterling. We show each price as listed, with an approximate sterling figure at the exchange rate and date shown.

How the enterprise contract works
Workspace Enterprise is priced by Google’s sales team, so there is no list price to compare. It adds data loss prevention, context-aware access, enterprise data regions and the full Gemini feature set, with enhanced support.
Because Gemini comes with the Workspace licence, the comparison with Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT is not like for like: the Workspace price also buys email, storage and meetings. A firm already on Workspace is comparing an upgrade, not a new product.
