OpenAI sells ChatGPT as individual plans, a Business plan for teams of 2 to 200 employees, and an Enterprise plan priced by its sales team. The API is sold separately, per token.

How the enterprise contract works
OpenAI does not publish an Enterprise price. The contract is negotiated with its sales team and can be priced per seat, on credits, or on tokens, with volume discounts and invoicing.
Against Business, Enterprise adds a larger context window, SCIM and enterprise key management, role-based access, an analytics dashboard, the compliance API, data residency in ten regions, and support with SLAs and custom legal terms.
