What does a typical Labs engagement look like?

Six weeks, week by week. Weeks 1 to 2: we map your processes, decisions and data flows. Weeks 3 to 4: we build a working prototype on your data. Weeks 5 to 6: we validate results with your teams, refine, and produce the scale roadmap. If the prototype proves its value, Labs Build scales it into your operating model.

Who owns the IP?

Accepted Answer

You do. Code, data and weights. We do not licence our work back to you, and we do not retain rights over what we build on your data.

What if the prototype does not prove value?

Accepted Answer

You stop, with the evidence, having lost weeks not months. That is the point of starting with Discovery: a £40k prototype that fails is far cheaper than a £400k build that fails. Either way you leave with a clear-eyed read on what would change the answer.

Question 4

Which models do you use?

Accepted Answer

The right one per problem. We are model-agnostic: we work across the major AI platforms and pick on fit, cost and risk, not on a partnership agreement. If the best answer is a small open model running on your infrastructure, that is what we will recommend.

Question 5

How many Labs projects do you take on?

Accepted Answer

We have capacity for 3 to 4 new Labs projects per quarter. Current lead time is usually 2 to 4 weeks from signed agreement to kickoff. If your timeline is tighter, tell us and we will give you an honest read on whether we can meet it.
