The Hiring Process
We've designed our hiring process to be a two-way street.
We want to get a clear sense of your skills and how you think, and we want you to have a realistic
understanding of what it's like to work with us.
STEP 1:
Recruiter Screen
(30 min, virtual)
We'll chat about your experience, but we'll also dive into your approach to problem-solving. We'll ask you to share examples of how you've handled ambiguity and worked in fast-paced environments. This helps us ensure we're a good mutual fit from the start.
STEP 2:
Tech Assessment /
Case Study
(Complete on your own)
We'll give you a real-world, messy problem - the kind we tackle every day. You'll get to show us how you structure a solution, make assumptions and communicate.
STEP 3:
Technical Interview
(With hiring manager, in person)
We'll meet to discuss your approach to the case study. This isn't about the "right" answer; it's about the approach. We’ll challenge assumptions and talk through alternatives.
FINAL STEP 4:
Culture Fit
(45-60 min, in person or virtual)
This final conversation with a Head of Department is where we'll discuss our long-term vision and how you'd fit in. We're looking for resilience, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
