A global travel logistics operator could not use its own pricing data. The first phase delivered three capabilities: visibility, through interactive dashboards that trace each price back to its source contract; analysis, examining pricing distribution across customers and stations and enriching it with metadata such as aircraft categories and exchange values; and intelligence, mapping services and aircraft descriptions to a consolidated list for clear comparison.
